So, I graduated this past June 12th D: D: D:
It still hasn't really hit me, but I'm enjoying a summer without summer assignments (mwuaha).
I did apply to colleges, and got into all of them
Being the japanophile I seem to be, I did apply to a japanese university for kicks
....Haha, my parents nearly killed me.
Anyways....
I'll be moving my ass to California for school.
Going to dorm, yes OF COURSE.
I do plan to study abroad at some point.
I have relatives there though.
I better get a job or I'll be dirt poor.
I'm leaving on a plane tonight for orientation.
A couple of fears right now:
-Hopefully, I will get the classes I want
-Dorm mate (I hope we get along)
-Anxiety with random spouts of irrelevant words (I don't want to make a bad impression)
-Clean bathroom, please...
-Dorm supplies (what should I bring?)
-Job ....should get one immediately if I intend on using the loan, or whatever.
Heh, I've been on the move lately to really delve into my situations X_X; ...
So far, from a couple of days after graduation until now, I've been up and down the east coast following my brother's tennis tournaments by car. He did well, by the way. Whoo, echizen much

I missed out on AnimeNext'07 as a result --- missing 12012, and all their glory. Also, the group cosplay I wanted to join, and the friends I wanted to see T^T ... *leSIGH* There is Otakon though. I really do want to get back on the east coast on time for this, even though the musical guests aren't really one of my interests. Hehe, that convention center is like a second home. I'm such a bum
..I like to loiter on the carpet and karaoke cafe.
Besides Otakon, I want to go to this one live in August.

As for the aforementioned community service project, let's say I conquered my fear of reading to children
....Be nice, they're vicious. I got offered a job at the daycare, but seriously, though kids are sometimes cute, I don't know what to do with them >_>;
My laptop is dead, if you haven't heard. So all my beautiful files and art programs are gone for the most part. I'll be drawing traditionally now, I suppose. I'm trying to stretch outwards from manga & anime style to see if I can do other things as well.
...I'll definitely be living in a box in the near future.

...Its peaceful though, and people are really friendly. You can see the stars much more clearly since there are no streetlights, etc. Its pretty amazing and romantic.... X3
